1. SCOPE

It is designed to facilitate access to a formal qualification for those who have experience in informal outlets (i.e. Spaza`s), while aligning practice to world retail standards.  

2. PROGRAMME ENTRY REQUIREMENTS / LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE

• • Numeracy in the basic arithmetic functions of adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing to the equivalent of NQF 1
  • Basic spoken English to ABET 4
