SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR
1. SCOPE
For those who are responsible to gather, facilitate and analyse information for the Workplace Skills Plan that will meet all the requirements and needs of individual learners, enterprises, sector and national skills priorities. This also entails the responsibility for the development and planning of a firm’s skills development strategy for a specific period and the submission of an annual training report. Those who achieve these unit standards will be able to compile a WSP, ATR and handle training interventions and assure quality for the firm.
2. PROGRAMME ENTRY REQUIREMENTS / LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE
The credit calculation is based on the assumption that those starting to learn towards this unit standard have no previous Skills Development experience. It is assumed, though, that the candidate-SDF has evaluative expertise within the area of learning in which they intend to work.
