Dear Valued Client,
In light of the current declared COVID-19 pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and national state of disaster in South Africa (President Ramaphosa 15th March 2020), we are putting a number of protocols in place to protect both our staff and staff of our valued business partners and their clients from possible infection and spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Our first order of business was to have and an impromptu meeting with all our members and fiduciary board, from that flowed an updated protocol in relation to our policies and procedures. The next was to action a total cleaning of offices and equipment that we use and that clients may use.
If any of these immediate actions negatively influenced your experience with us, then please do accept our sincerest apologies.
With immediate effect, and until further notice, we are implementing the following:
We really do appreciate your visits to our offices but unfortunately, we will have to protect both yourself and our staff by implementing these precautions.
- We are cancelling all large gatherings (more than 100 people) and will be arranging live web-streaming for the parties involved.
- Keep intervention sessions to a maximum of 10 people and make sure there is enough personal space for everybody. Our guideline is to only fill up about half of any venue capacity.
- Limit face-to-face meetings as much as possible. Our team members are available via e-mail and on the individual numbers provided and we can also connect in a virtual meeting on WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype or MS Team (as per your preference). Just send us an email requesting a virtual meeting and we will connect with you. The email address for these requests is firstname.lastname@example.org
- The following persons are available for immediate and urgent calls:
General Manager Henk Cloete 074 662 6190
Chief Financial Officer Mariska Cloete 084 648 1620
Training Manager PC Pelser 084 276 0556
Our infrastructure already supports remote working and flexible access options and as such we are comfortable in our ability to continue our service without interruption. Our Training Manager will contact you shortly to reschedule interventions that might have been influenced this week.

Stay safe – and even more importantly – stay healthy!
