ASORIP sees Training and Education in its general sense as a form of learning in which the knowledge, skills, and habits of individuals or groups of people are transferred from one generation to the next through training that is highly focused on issues facing industry across all sectors on a day-to-day basis. The ultimate aim is increasing the skill set of school leavers, new and current staff and staff that has been promoted with the aim of them obtaining the abilities to fulfil above and beyond company expectations. These training and education courses are either delivered in-house or at a company’s premises. Each training and education intervention is thus custom made to suit you the client. Training can thus be SETA accredited, or workshop based.
